Booking & Delivery

How far in advance should I book my party rentals?: We recommend booking at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance, especially during the peak spring and fall seasons. For large corporate events, school field days, or community festivals, booking even earlier ensures you get the best selection of our most popular water slides, obstacle courses, and tent packages.
What areas do you deliver to?: We proudly deliver and professionally set up our party rentals across the Greater Charlotte, NC area, including Indian Trail, Matthews, Uptown Charlotte, and the surrounding communities.
Do you handle the delivery and setup of the equipment?: Absolutely. As a local, owner-operated company, we take the stress out of event planning. Our professional team handles the complete delivery, setup, secure anchoring, and teardown of all bounce houses, water slides, and tent packages. You won't have to lift a finger - just show us where you want the fun to happen!

What type of surface can the inflatables be set up on?: We can safely set up our bounce houses and obstacle courses on grass (which is highly preferred), dirt, asphalt, or concrete. We cannot set up on gravel, rocks, or any surface with sharp debris that could puncture the equipment. Please let us know your surface type during the booking process so we can bring the appropriate anchoring supplies, such as heavy-duty stakes for grass or sandbags for hard surfaces.
How much space is required for a bounce house or water slide?: Generally, you need a flat area that is at least 3 to 5 feet wider and longer than the dimensions of the inflatable. This allows for a safe clearance zone and room for the blower tube. Each product page on our website lists the specific setup dimensions required. Additionally, please ensure the pathway to the setup area is clear of debris, low-hanging branches, and that gate openings are at least 3 to 4 feet wide.
Do I need to provide power for the inflatables?: Yes, each inflatable requires a standard 110v household outlet. The blower must remain plugged in and running the entire time the unit is in use. We ask that the setup location be within 50 to 100 feet of a dedicated outlet to prevent power loss. If your event is at a park or a location without nearby power, we also offer generator rentals to keep the equipment running smoothly.

How often is your equipment cleaned?: We maintain the highest standards for sanitation in the industry. Every bounce house, water slide, table, and chair is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and inspected between every single rental. We want your backyard birthday party or church festival to feature pristine equipment that looks great and is completely safe for your guests.
Are your inflatables safe?: Yes! Safety is our top priority. We use high-quality, commercial-grade inflatables and our experienced team ensures everything is properly staked or weighted down to industry standards. Upon delivery, we will also walk you through basic safety rules, such as capacity limits and age grouping, so everyone has a secure and exciting experience.

What is your weather policy if it rains?: We want your event to be a massive success, but we will never compromise on safety. If severe weather, heavy continuous rain, or high winds (typically sustained winds over 15 mph) are forecasted, we may need to reschedule or cancel an inflatable setup. We offer transparent weather and cancellation details before you book, and we always maintain clear communication with you leading up to your event date if the forecast looks questionable.
What happens if I need to cancel my reservation?: We offer clear and straightforward cancellation policies, which are outlined during checkout. If you need to cancel or postpone your event due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to work with you on rescheduling options or applying your deposit to a future date.

Can you accommodate formal events like weddings or banquets?: Yes! Beyond the bounce, we offer comprehensive banquet and wedding rentals. We supply pristine commercial-grade tent packages, durable seating, and spacious tables ideal for outdoor wedding receptions, graduation parties, and corporate banquets. We work seamlessly with your event timeline to guarantee everything is perfectly arranged long before your first guest arrives.
Do you offer any extras like concessions or decor?: We do! We are a one-stop shop for your event needs. In addition to our rides and tents, we offer fun concession machines, marquee numbers, and party backdrops to perfectly set the scene for your celebration.
